By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

Fastior is a journaling and analytics tool designed to help traders build discipline and track performance. Fastior is not a financial advisor. We do not provide investment advice, trading signals, or financial recommendations. All trading involves risk, and you are solely responsible for your financial decisions.
When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms.
Fastior offers a 7-Day Free Trial for new users. You will not be charged if you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial period expires.
The Service is billed on a subscription basis:
Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
The FastiorAI feature is designed to assist in logging trades and summarizing data. While we strive for high accuracy, users are responsible for verifying the accuracy of the automated logs generated from their notes.
The Service and its original content (excluding content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Fastior. The design, including the "All-in-One Dashboard" layout and "Discipline Guard Rails" concepts, is protected by copyright.
In no event shall Fastior, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service or your trading activities.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
